Own Thesis Note

It is a place where people who want to make their own investments are looking for. Here, investments in Of the investor, By the investor and For the investor are made by (1) presenting various perspectives, (2) presenting assumptions and goals for each scenario, and (3) sharing variables whose goals are reflected in the calculation. People who are tired of news or rumors to invest with their own investment philosophy will be able to get help.

I will strive to build my own thesis note with the following goals:

   • Choose scenarios deemed highly feasible and make your own investment decisions.
3. Share the variables used to calculate target prices.
   • Gain trust through transparency.
   • Set your own target prices by inputting different variables for each reader.

The following types of writing are avoided in Own Thesis Note:

1. Articles that simply relay news or others’ opinions
2. Articles that are unbalanced due to trends or themes
3. Articles that recommend buying or selling specific stocks or sectors

The reasons why Own Thesis Note emphasizes personal investment decisions are as follows:

1. Investors are solely responsible for the results of their investment decisions.
2. Decision-making is based on a set of criteria.
3. Developing your own investment criteria is essential for growth. Even if your criteria are wrong, revising them can help you avoid the same mistakes. Investing based solely on “it looked good” or “people said it was good” will only lead to short-term gains and long-term regrets, not progress.
